Apple Braised Chicken

So, last night I tried a new recipe for Apple Braised Chicken. It didn't come out well at all, more like chicken and apple and onion mush. It is more of a fall dish anyway, so perhaps I will try it again in October? Till then, go out to eat- it's too hot to cook! (I say that but I will be making a healthy version of "sloppy joes" tonight. I will let you know how it goes.) Cheers! Brett
